Clone selection
Selection and validation of hybridoma clones for optimal signal-to-noise ratio among a wide range of tissues.
Q·01 Quality — our validation approach
ULTRA validation is ONCOdianova’s validation approach for new antibody clones: hybridoma clones are selected for an optimal signal-to-noise ratio among a wide range of tissues, their staining patterns are profiled in detail across many tissue entities, and the clones are beta-tested and validated by different independent labs.
Q·02 Benefit from
Selection and validation of hybridoma clones for optimal signal-to-noise ratio among a wide range of tissues.
Detailed profiling of antibody staining pattern in high range of tissue entities.
Beta-testing and validation by different independent labs.
Q·03 Our approach
Our focus is on new antibody clones that are extensively validated for sensitivity, specificity and — where possible — clinical significance on a high range of human tissues. We believe this “ULTRA validation” approach results in antibodies that will make a difference — in research today and, as the field advances, in the diagnostic and clinical questions that research seeks to answer. The antibodies themselves are research reagents: for research use only, not intended for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
To face the high demand for better antibody clones to be used as biomarkers to phenotype tumors, we continue to develop optimized clones with our partners.

Validation in practice — documented protocols, galleries and evidence levels on the product pages: TG1 — TIGIT · TG2 — TIGIT · R12 — CD112R/PVRIG · KK3 — CD73.
Every product page documents its own validation evidence — original tissue figures, protocols and evidence levels, kept strictly clone-specific.
