Antibodies for tissue-based cancer immunology.

ONCOdianova is an antibody manufacturing network focused on the tissue-based detection of cancer immunology checkpoint biomarkers. We develop monoclonal antibody clones for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human FFPE tissue — made for combined use in multiplex IHC panels.

Research antibodies with a clear mission.

ONCOdianova develops antibody clones against immune checkpoint targets and related immune markers — currently TIGIT (clones TG1 and TG2), CD112R/PVRIG (clone R12), FOXP3 (clone FX3), CD8 (clone TC8) and CD73 (clone KK3). The mutant-calreticulin antibody CAL2 has its own website at cal2antibody.com.

Our clones are research reagents for laboratories working in pathology research and immuno-oncology. They are for research use only and not intended for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

What we work towards.

Our vision is to provide the best primary antibodies for combined use in multiplex IHC panels.

This sentence is ONCOdianova’s company vision — the aspiration that guides how our clones are developed and validated. It is not a measured comparison with other suppliers.

A·04 Why multiplex IHC

Seeing which cell expresses the target.

Multiplex immunohistochemistry makes it possible to identify which cell expresses the target — not just whether the target is present. The complexity of immune checkpoint pathways, together with the interplay of tumor cells, the microenvironment and systemic immune parameters, offers opportunities for research and clinical translation.

We believe that the IHC assessment of predictive immune checkpoint targets in tumor tissue will become crucial to understanding which patients benefit from which immunotherapy. Answering that question is the work of the wider research community — and it needs reliable research antibodies. ONCOdianova antibodies are research reagents: for research use only, not intended for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and not approved for patient selection or treatment decisions.
